This is the company''s website if you need to contact them but it appears that these are plug and play devices as there are no drivers available.

Thank you very much, But I hooked it up, disconnected my old mouse and it didnt work (The light on the mouse was on).

Then I restarted the computer with only the USB mouse (Elovo GM-336) connected and the red light underneath was on but the mouse pointer on screen didnt move.

I have Windows Xp Pro SP2, fully updated.

Also I clicked your ads above to help out with your bandwidth costs, but I dont really donate my own money... If the above ads arent working out well for you guys at driverrequest.com I could give some suggestions.

With the new mouse plugged in, go to Device Manager and remove all mice and anything with a yellow exclamation mark.

Go to Add/Remove programs in Control Panel and remove any mice programs. Restart the computer with the new mouse plugged in. Use CTRL, ALT, ESC to bring up start menu. Use the arrow keys and the Enter key to shut down.
