    I'd've edited my previous post, but I keep getting "Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d' Type mismatch: 'rs' /forum/post.asp, line 642"

    Anyway, I found in tiny print on another label, the following:
    "KEYBOARD MODEL: R17D10"

    The "06H257" appears to be just the Dell part number.

    This is the latest dell computer that used this keyboard. The driver and the application are both for Windows XP (no Vista driver ever released) but you might try running the app. Both are under "Input Device Drivers".

    Neither one of those worked...
    * Enhanced Multimedia Keyboard driver R44818.EXE could not run in Vista.
    * Enhanced Performance USB Keyboard driver R42232.EXE would install, but does not function.
    It adds a "DellTouch" tab to my Keyboard Properties window, but that tab is completely blank except for a "Configure Button" button that does nothing when pressed.

    It looks like you will not be able to use these functions with Vista.
