The USB port on this device is Plug and Play under Windows ME and does not need aditional drivers. Enter the SETUP utility as the computer boots and turn on the USB device.

We need to find out who made your USB controller. When you look at the USB device in Device Manager, how are they identified? Also post the information about your Hard Disk Controller. This will help us find out what chipset you have.

    Hi
HDD controller is Intel 82371AB/EB PCI Bus Master IDE Controller, hardware version 001 , driver Microsoft 06/08/200
    (Device is working properly)

Intel 82371AB/EB PCI to USB Universal Host Controller (Device is working properly)
USB Root Hub (Device is working properly)

When I connect a device into my USB port, it is not recognized and when I go to check in DEVICE MANAGER,
I found a third line with a ! yellow color : Unknown device , error code 10: This device is either not present , not working properly , or does not have all the drivers installed

    Please help, thanks
